The JCS CIP System is designed to clean each circuit as efficiently as possible, optimized for chemical use and time.
The standard JCS CIP Sequencer is pre-programmed with 5-step and 7-step CIP processes.
The JCS CIP Sequence is controlled by pinning charts. Pinning can be viewed and changed in real time using Microsoft Excel. This means that special CIP Processes i.e. cold water rinse, hot water rinse etc. makes it easy to add options.
Instrumentation provides accurate control and optimizes performance. If you measure something, you can optimize it.
