WRAPPED TYPE 0.5-1.5LT DOUBLE LINE SHRINK MACHINE
Double line shrink machine works with 380V - 3 phases, 50Hz electricity supply and its installed power is 64 kW. Air consumption is 50 Lt/minute and working pressure is 6 bar. The controller voltage used to control the machine is 24V DC. The machine dimensions are L x W x H = 12,000mm x 2,600mm x 2,500mm and the rated capacity is 45 pieces/day.
This wrapping machine is equipped with an intelligent alarm and warning system, along
with the ability to distinguish between problematic batching and wrapping processes.
Thanks to its simple design, it offers minimum breakdown, maintenance and spare parts
need and can work with branded and printed film. There is also the ability to save user
settings electronically.
All electrical cables inside the tunnel are made of non-combustible external shielded
cable and have metal framed and transparent glass sliding doors in accordance with CE
norms. It is equipped with serpentine heating elements made of AISI 304 quality
stainless steel material and provides precise temperature control and high energy
savings thanks to the PID Electronic Temperature Control System. There is also a
long-lasting oven interior construction made of galvanized sheet material.
The system is equipped with a number of features such as the movable feeding belt vibration system to prevent bottle jams, the feeding belt control system and the inlet feeding conveyor made of thermoplastic material with low friction coefficient. It also has a touchscreen LCD, pneumatic locking film coil shaft, double servo motor controlled rotary film cutting unit, antistatic winding rods and a heat insulated tunnel.
