DXF-FRONT FEED WELDED 0.5-1.5LT SHRINK MACHINE is equipped with an intelligent alarm and warning system that can distinguish between problematic grouping and wrapping operations. In addition, it offers minimum breakdown, maintenance and spare parts need thanks to its simple design. Thanks to its short tunnel length, it saves space and offers the opportunity to make more packages. All user settings are saved electronically and changeover time is shortened for product type changes. It is equipped with features such as movable feeding belt vibration system and bottle tipping detector to prevent bottle jams. In addition, it adheres the shrink film using a special bladed hot jaw and provides precise temperature control and high energy savings thanks to the serpentine heating elements made of AISI 304 quality stainless steel and the PID Electronic Temperature Control System. It also draws attention with its long-lasting oven interior construction made of galvanized sheet material and its metal framed and transparent glass sliding doors in accordance with CE norms. All electrical cables inside the tunnel are made of non-combustible external shielded cable.
