AUTOMATIC PALLET STRETCHER MACHINE PSA 30H allows pallets to be stretched at high speed and efficiency, even automatically after laying, without touching. It allows you to stretch the stretch film up to 300% with its adjustable pre-stretching system, thus providing an economical solution in film usage. Thanks to the touch screen, the most appropriate winding numbers of the pallets are entered and the most appropriate winding is carried out. With its durable design that is easy to use and maintain, it fully meets your palletizing needs.
This machine has a capacity of 30 pallets/hour and consists of a stretching tower, a stretching coil car and a pallet conveyor. Workable pallet sizes are between 800mm-1200mm and 1000mm-1200mm, and the maximum pallet height is 2500mm. Coil maximum height is 500mm and maximum diameter is 320mm. Coil film thickness varies between 9-35 microns. The width of the machine is 4000mm, the height is 3700mm, and the length is 10000mm, and its weight is 2000 kg.
